Welcome to Seward County Victim Assistance Program

The needs and concerns of crime victims deserve special attention. Victims often experience emotional distress as a result of a crime. They often feel fear, confusion and anxiety about what they have seen, and what the criminal justice system will expect of them.

The Seward County Victim Assistance Program helps victims, witnesses and their families cope with exposure to crime, as well as keep them informed about the progress of their cases.

For assistance, contact Seward County Victim Assistance, Seward County Attorney, 529 Seward Street, Suite 105 in the Seward County Courthouse. The program director is Janae Phillips, (402) 641-2455.
